Nadia Putri Rachma
I don’t see youth as the future, I see them as the unfinished truths of the present. When we give them space, they don’t just lead movements; they change the direction of the system itself.
Nadia is a facilitator and youth engagement practitioner specializing in participatory learning and systems change for meaningful youth participation and multi-stakeholder engagement. She focuses on creating safe spaces and intergenerational spaces where young people can make meaningful contributions to shaping decisions that affect their communities and the environment. Nadia also has been working as consultant regarding on youth engagement in ASEAN, especially to decision-makers.
Her experience spans multiple countries, including both national and regional levels across Southeast Asia, where she has facilitated programs and learning spaces that promote youth leadership, environmental stewardship, and cross-sector collaboration. She has designed and led training sessions for young people in Indonesia, Cambodia, Sarawak, and Singapore.
